Engine preserved in extremely damaged condition
In the last few months and years I have bought material for a lot of money at SVB. This resulted in the empirical values that with DHL and UPS, especially with the last 6 orders, I only get broken, smashed or otherwise damaged. Deliveries take an extremely long time and I don't just mean the couriers' time. I am paying right now for material that was PRE-PAID on May 5th and left SVB on May 16th! When I called there again, the supervisor said, Oh-I can see that your goods have still not been released, hmm- that should have been out long ago. What happened on the 16th, too late. Today is 23 and I ALWAYS don't have this material. If you call SVB and signal that you cannot reach anyone for the new pending shipment to Switzerland, and that I have been installing my long-ordered goods in Spain for 1 week and have now been waiting at home for 2 whole days (not in the company, but waiting, but cannot call DHL from anyone, although the message states that the importer or the exporter should contact (on a phone number that is invalid!). Call SVB at 1500 It's time to wait until the evening, if the courier is still not there at 1700, says SVB, now it's too late to investigate, wait until tomorrow ...! I was sent express parcels to Denmark and my goods arrived Much too late and again with severe damage. Instead of SVB taking action and finding out where the goods are and why they cannot continue, they just wave it off and refer to Corona. I just received it in 5 days Material from a 3 world country in the Caribbean and from England. Road transport from Paris to Switzerland was chosen both times and I had no delays or problems. ONLY WITH SVB, DHL AND UPS! And if you resist, nothing changes and SVB sends DHL again despite an absolute customer request, because the sales manager can get better conditions with them and my material counts too. It is legitimate as a customer to choose the courier with whom one has less shit with, but it seems that SVB customers are completely indifferent when they open their mouths because of multiple gross mistakes. Ps. The sales manager and I communicated that these are not inventions. But apparently SVB has such cheap courier contracts that material despite CAUTION and GLASS and FRAGILE glue, it does not matter if the customer receives broken material time after time, always and always with a long delay. If you defend yourself, you can see how one is helped. As if SVB had to bite horses' nails! What a shame, a shame. I specifically mention that this does NOT affect the consultations, just everything that has to do with packaging and transport in the SVB but also with the couriers. SVB can delegate the transports, but SVB is also responsible in the umbrella term. But that's why the high volumes that may not cost anything for the courier services. In the end, the customer pays with ANGER, INCORRECT DELIVERIES, PACKAGES THAT ARE TOO HEAVY AND DAMAGED GOODS, which you would rather keep than do the WHOLE all over again.
