Be careful when replacing
The modulus of these handrails (length of a handle) is not indicated. It should be possible to deduce this by taking the difference in length between the various models, but the length indicated is approximate (sometimes a difference of 25 cm, sometimes 26 cm). The module indicated by the manufacturer (ARC) is 25.5cm. It can be useful. Be careful, however, when replacing an existing handrail (probably 100% of the cases!). Handrails of this type usually have longer ends. Here, the ends are very short, and due to their inclination, there is no attitude for the mounting hole. The original one will therefore probably not be suitable. The other holes can be slightly offset to conform to the existing one, but for both ends, it will probably be necessary to plug the existing holes and re-drill them. In my case, for example, the modulus is almost identical (25.4), but the existing holes vary from 25.3 to 26.7 to take into account the requirements of the boat, for example the presence of a bulkhead. This is not a problem except for the ends. (My original handrails have ends that are 5cm longer on each side, which left more choice for the location of the holes, so the existing holes will not fit.)
