Good tiller pilot at a reasonable price but high follow-up costs

Seems to be well made and functional. But, since there is no plug (comes with 2 bare cables), you are forced to buy a connector. And that is where the unsuspecting strikes! The original plug from Simrad "Waterproof Schottdose for TP10 - € 81.95" !!! Tip A&S connector socket & plug for € 34.95 - still expensive but an alternative. The prices for the accessories at both Simrad and Raymarin beat the price policy of the printer manufacturers with their print cartridge prices anyway. ZB. For a tiller sub-mount, i.e. a piece of bent iron 41.95 at Simrad and (the identical part) at Raymarin 49.95 € is already street robbery. The mounting base 65.95 (at Raymarin € 82.95). The pirates used to have a hard time getting money.
