Disappointing quality, super SVB service

My TP 20 is getting old and broken beyond repair. I needed a new one, so I ordered a TP 22. It worked great for motoring. As soon as I put pressure on the tiller, the TP was dead. The mechanism broke within 10 minutes. It was replaced without any problems. The replacement unit had the same problem. The yacht, a Carter 33, weighs only 4.5 tons and is 10 meters long. The sails are usually trimmed so that there is little pressure on the rudder. I'm disappointed. Only SVB shone again with its handling....Thanks.

Broke after first use!

Hello, four days ago we left for our sailing boat.
I was really looking forward to assembling the Tp22.
The assembly of the brackets and power supply went smoothly!
Then it went on the water, I noticed that the tiller pilot somehow didn't keep the course under the engine. And suddenly after about 10 minutes total failure! First I checked the complete assembly but everything was ok I asked a jetty neighbor for his tiller pilot when I plugged it in he ran immediately.
I will send back the defective TP 22 in a week!
And I hope that I get a new one back and not a repaired one.
