I can definitely recommend the device. It's good value for money, but don't expect more. It is a mid-range device, the case could be a bit smaller, the battery life and the radio quality are very good.
The charging cradle cannot be screwed to the wall because the socket for the charging cable is at the back and not on the side, so it can only be screwed down onto a tabletop. Totally impractical for me, I returned the device. Note, the 12V charging cable No. 88896 listed as an accessory does not fit the device. A USB charging cable type B 5 volts is required.

Well, I would have expected more know-how. A marine radio that reliably transmits. OK, but what's the point of an outdated micro USB port with a voltage of 5V? You can't even integrate it into the 12V on-board power supply to charge it. Or you can only do it with a USB adapter from the 12V socket. Great, more cables on the chart table! The holder can only be screwed horizontally. Again, no wall mounting. I'm selling it again. I expected more from ICOM.
