The galvanizing and/or surface finish is far too rough. The ring of the closure can hardly be turned by hand, because it is severely misaligned and too tight.

When screwing in the fuse, you mustn't press too hard, otherwise the entire fuse holder will spin. Similarly, when connecting the cables, don't apply too much pressure to the cable lugs, otherwise you'll push the toggle switch forward or deform the plastic holder of the switch on the back. You can't assess the internal components, but I can't imagine that the switch and fuse can withstand up to 20 amps continuously. Furthermore, I don't like that there's no indicator light in the "Automatic" position; it only lights up green in the "Manual" position.
