Overload

After winter storage, the engine had a problem when running. Overvoltage of around 15.7V on the batteries.
First I replaced the alternator, but nothing.
After that I replaced this Victron isolating diode block.
Now everything is OK.
For the first time in winter I left the two large supply batteries, each with 120AH, in the boat, only removed the separate starter battery and fully charged it before installing it. This difference in charge must have destroyed the "old" diodes.

Doesn't fit everywhere!

My alternator doesn't have a connection for external excitation. Because of the diodes, that won't work.
This should be clearly pointed out!
