I use the Gusher Galley foot pump every day, almost 365 days a year in the North Atlantic, in ice and snow. I use it to pump salt water from the outside. I've been doing this for 15 years. I use it to wash hands, pre-rinse dishes, and use salt water for cooking (potatoes, eggs).
Now it's finally started leaking. Not an issue with this application. The price is very reasonable if you buy it in Germany.

When I leave the boat for 1-2 weeks, I close the seacock and fill the pump with antifreeze.

Perfect with high flow

After previously buying a foot pump and being totally disappointed, I tried the Whale foot pump.

It was a complete success. It pumps a lot of water, has a double pump, and is therefore incredibly easy to use.
