It is impossible to evaluate anything, when the product has not been received. My last two purchases took a month to arrive in Barcelona. I am currently waiting, for almost three weeks, the shipment of a submersible pump. Yesterday I sent a claim, after calling DHL, which as usual, they have no idea of anything. SVB, do you know the terrible management that DHL does with its shipments?
