Solidly made, performance okay
I ordered the module for trickle charging, to be mounted in the sliding-door garage. It's nice and compact and well-made. Depending on the position of the sun, it produces between 10 and 40 watts. That's plenty for trickle charging throughout the week. During the day, it also covers a good portion of the typical daily power consumption (navigation, autopilot, refrigerator). A short motor trip in and out of the harbor fully charges the batteries. I'm very happy with this solution.

MARE FLEX 55
Excellent product; the construction seems very robust, the cells are sandwiched within the ETFE coating. I just installed it, glued with Sika 291UV, directly onto the deck in front of the companionway. I'm ordering another one right away to install in front of the mast.

Tip top!
After 6 months I am very satisfied. I removed the metal eyelets and screwed 2 directly onto the deck, slightly bent. Even if the manufacturer shirks his responsibility, they are made of the perfect material to walk on. The surface is also perfectly slip-resistant, although we try to avoid transverse loads as much as possible. I am now ordering 4 more for the deck.
I mounted 4x 150s on the bimini. However, they were too heavy for that and I had to reinforce them with light plastic tubes. It looks ugly, but is now very stable. We have just spent 4 days at anchor at 25-35kt, as well as around 6000nm at up to 45kt, and it holds. I also drilled out the eyelets and replaced them with the small Tenax. (They do corrode though!)

Everything does what it should.
The solar panel was placed on neoprene tape (strips) and screwed on.

Excellent solar panel
Solar panel attached to MPPT Victron Energy 7515 with yield above expectations. Very strong material with minimal weight. Recommended not only for maintaining beating.

Hassle-free use in the last 5 months - we are satisfied with the product
The product survived the transport from Germany to the Azores well - the packaging was more flexible than cardboard. That shows good quality. The panels were attached to the bimini with screws and washers. The use in the first 5 months went without any problems (2 panels of 155Wp each). We will order another panel as a replacement and mobile extension.

Nice small panel that fits in the chart table
Bought this as a small panel to keep the batteries topped up when I'm not on board. Combined with a Votronic charge regulator, it works quite nicely. Stows inside my chart table, which is one of the safest places I can keep it to avoid accidental damage. Feels fairly robust though.

Broken after 2 years of operation!
Purchased in July 2022 - and worked well during the 2023 and 2024 seasons.
In the 2025 season, the solar cell only output a maximum of 15 V.
The solar cell is mounted in a protected location at the rear. Since the Victron solar controller requires a solar voltage of 5 V above the battery voltage of approximately 13 V, it does not charge. The two-year warranty has expired, and SVB and Phaesun are unable to handle my complaint accommodatingly. Three photos were provided to document the installation. The installation location is the inland waterway Edersee.
I strongly advise against purchasing this solar cell!
