easy instalation

It does its job. The only problem is that the initial Bluetooth connection isn't immediate.

After getting extremely frustrated with all the cheap LiFePO4 chargers from the Amazon, which either smelled like a chemical plant or had fans that drove me absolutely crazy, I reluctantly switched to Victron.

Sure, the device costs three times as much as a cheap Chinese charger, but it's worth every penny. It's completely silent and charges my 700-amp auxiliary battery without any problems. At the same time, it maintains a low current in the starter battery.












... And it was a "last-minute" purchase; I needed something reliable quickly because my 1kW solar panel system was no longer able to charge my leisure battery under the harsh winter conditions of northern Germany. Normally, I'm in a more southerly climate at this time of year and have always managed without shore power.

Originally, I was planning on getting a Bulltron combination inverter with a 100A charger (mains priority switching, 16A fuse, residual current device, Victron CAN bus). However, it wasn't available locally on such short notice.

Perhaps SVB will add the Bulltron devices to their product range; I'd be just about the first customer to buy one immediately!

easy installation. does what it's supposed to

...you can't go wrong with this purchase. Installation was easy, and it works as it should. The power cable is not included. Don't forget it when ordering. We'll know more in a few years ;-)

The charger is worth its price. Very high quality design with little space requirement.

Easy to install and configure and completely noise-free.
Can get a little warm when running at full power, but not to the point of being a problem.
I would buy this again.

And really, I'm happy with all my Victron products.

Basically, it does what it's supposed to. But unlike my previous device, a Philippi, which can charge AGM and LiFePO4 batteries simultaneously, this one has such a strong power surge that it tripped the circuit breaker while we were in port. Only a damping circuit prevents this. Technical support forwarded the device to Victron, who couldn't find any fault. The replacement device exhibited the same behavior.

It charges my 600 Ah lifepo batteries well, but gets very warm even though it is in an airy place.
