Hard, UV-resistant 2K varnish

I now use this varnish on all the exterior wooden parts of my classic car: the cockpit, seating areas, companionway bulkhead, gunwales, etc., because regular boat varnish fades after just two seasons and offers little resistance to scratches and other mechanical influences. However, heavily used surfaces (edges, treads) do have to be sanded and repainted every year. That's acceptable.

great product - way too expensive!

Very easy to apply, finishing at around 20 degrees C is not necessary. The finished surfaces can withstand high levels of wear and tear (after around 5 days). The best clear coat I have used so far. However, 60 euros per container - crazy! Compare that to the previous product "International Perfection plus" 25%! Unfortunately, no alternative in sight.
