Measurements are incorrect, hat is completely crumpled.

The product arrived badly crumpled without any separate packaging; it was simply thrown into a shipping box. However, the creases and wrinkles were already present due to improper storage. I had to painstakingly iron out all the creases with steam.

Furthermore, the stated head circumference in centimeters didn't match the hat; I had to order a larger size.
