ensures peaceful nights
After several overnight storms, signs of wear are only visible with a magnifying glass!

When using a Hanepot, you should leave enough line until the claw is underwater; it also requires a bit of juggling the first time.

Powerful Part
Very large and stable.
It's my fourth, but I keep coming back.
In my opinion, this is almost the best chain clamp. I lost it twice because its line chafed against the bow fitting and broke. I hadn't used a safety line – my own fault. But once, during a real storm, it bent open. See https://zephir-yacht.com/die-ankerkralle

As the arrows in the attached photo show, there is a design flaw, which is why I'm deducting one star. The welds on the top don't prevent it from bending under heavy load. It also needs welding on the underside. If the manufacturer can fix that, then this will be the very best chain clamp.

Simple but solid
It makes a stable impression, but has not yet been tested in practice.
