Die Absaugpumpe macht einen soliden Eindruck und hat beim ersten Einsatz einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Handhabung ist denkbar einfach, ein paar Pumpenhübe, und schon waren 3,5, Ltr Öl aus dem Kurbelgehäuse des Motors abgesaugt. Ein passender Behälter zum Umfüllen sollte bereitgehalten werden. Unter dem Strich ein gutes Produkt, ob dafür der Preis angemessen ist, das muss wohl jeder für sich selbst entscheiden.

The average live for my 2 old ones was about 4 years, after this time the elastomer degradates and the pump does not produce any more vacuum

Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten, die Saugschläuche zu verbinden ( musste etwas nachgearbeitet werden), und der praktischen Erfahrung, wie angesaugt werden sollte, geht der Vorgang des Ölwechsels nun einfach, sauber, und deutlich schneller als mit der bisher benutzten Proxxon-Pumpe. Jetzt ist das Ergebnis sehr erfreulich, zumal das Umfüllen aus der Pela-Pumpe in ein anderes Gefäß sauber, schnell und problemlos möglich ist. Im Pelasauggefäß lässt sich die bereits abgesaugte Ölmenge gut abschätzen.
Also insgesamt ein erfreulicher Kauf. MfG Peter H.

Good service, but weaknesses

While the pump is quite easy to operate, the lack of any instruction manual is annoying. The pictures on the packaging are insufficient.
In my opinion, two important things are also missing:
- After use, the pump is naturally contaminated with used oil. There's no plug to securely seal the pump for transport and storage. You have to make do with homemade plugs.
- There's also no secure packaging for storing the used, oily hoses.

The price seems too high for this product, so I wouldn't recommend it.
