I think the connection cable is very short!

Shower tray suction, quite bulky, needs a lot of water to trigger, hopefully works longer than Marco's

small and powerful - good! tip: the electronic float switch reacts promptly. For my application, however, a switch-on delay of about 1-2 minutes would be more practical, in order to avoid frequent switching on and off.

Hello, forget all the pumps with an outlet of 28mm (1 1/8 "). The dimension is something out of the ordinary, because reasonable connections are only possible by custom-made products.

The L 650 Duo pump of the shower water bilge system already delayed switching off in the second season and then did not respond at all. Now hope for a replacement / guarantee, which Johnson guarantees for 3 years according to the imprint! Very good and helpful in this case is that you can view the orders from the last few years on-line at SVB on an account.

Worked for a year if that much
Had the pump in the box for a year and then installed it about a year ago as a secondary (emergency) bilge pump. Now, after only a year it didn't work anymore and by the weight of it while removing the pump from the bilge,I understood that it was full of water inside of the electric motor case. I tried to open it but its not serviceable, plus the seal right after the pump impeller was looking very bad.
Note it worked a few times, as it was an emergency pump, i would turn off my primary to just be sure the emergency would be running.
Luckily I live aboard and noticed this before I really needed it.
Not reliable.
Very disappointed with this one

Pump switch gave up after 3 months
The pump is easy to disassemble for cleaning, the switch gave up unfortunately after less than 3 months. Not recommended!

the pump is OK but I could not use the float switch because the span between min and max is too low. The pump starts to work, tank is empty, the residual water in the hose flows back, pump starts again to run, tank empty, the same residual water flows back and the process is repeated continuously.
