Good material in a soft cartridge

This was my second purchase. Two years ago, I resealed the windows on the other side of the boat, so I knew what to expect. I recommend ordering the primer as well. Also, the nozzle should be cut open very generously to ensure the adhesive can be applied quickly and thickly.

SVB isn't responsible for the one-star deduction; it's due to the very fragile cartridge casing. This casing is quite delicate and dents easily, making it very difficult to apply with the gun.

Poor adhesion to Makrolon

I have already replaced various windows on my steel yacht. Finally, for comparison, I mounted one with Sikaflex 295 UV and another with TIKALFLEX PCW 14 at the same time, both without special primer on Makrolon panes. The joints were designed as fillet welds. The Sikaflex 295 UV dissolved again after a few days. TIKALFLEX PCW 14 has held up to this day (approx. 6 months) without any problems.
