Good service from SVB24, no so happy with UPS

As usual SVB24 did a great job with selection of products, package and speed of dispatch.
UPS complicated things, they dont call, just leave notices of next day delivery and so on. So the package was delayed for after 1st of May, I could use ropes during the holidays to mount on a boat thats not a major issue though, just a comment.

There were problems with the UPS delivery. Due to the shipment being redirected to a parcel locker, the delivery was significantly delayed. UPS then left it there but didn't send an access code. Furthermore, no one at UPS is reachable by phone.
