Misleading and poor delivery service
Order placement process was quick and easy however the delivery options and procedures are grossly misleading.
I paid for a DHL delivery expecting the usual 5-7 day delivery time however it transpires that the delivery is actually sent by a postal service not DHL courier, my order is now somewhere in the depths of the Malaysia postal service with no ETA and best advice from customer service, it may take 3 weeks, and youll need to collect the package if it ever arrives as theres no delivery as would be expected from a courier.
My first and last experience with SVB and surprised at the unacceptable approach to delivery, be careful if placing an order for delivery outside of Germany as it may take a long time to arrive.
