First notification from UPC: we are delivering on Friday. On Thursday, I arrived home around 11:30 and checked my laptop. Message from UPC at 9:49: we are coming earlier, so Thursday between 8:30 and 12:30. Around 13:30, I called UPC to ask if they had been there. The service desk didn't know. Roughly an hour later, UPC was at the door. Confusing procedure.
