Good service, terrible supplier
Your service is excellent, but if you continue to use UPS or DHL, I will have to refrain from placing further orders. I pay a lot of money for express shipping, but in 90% (!!!) of cases, I have to pick up the delivery myself. This costs me time and money, even though I've already paid the company—in this case, UPS—for exactly that. If you, as a UPS customer, don't respond appropriately, then I, as your customer, will no longer be able to buy from you.
