delivery problems
Your service was perfect, but regarding the delivery, I had to contact UPS to find out the status. They told me they couldn't locate it, even though it's very easy and straightforward (private house, no code, of course). I was home every day and even have a concierge. They didn't even try to call us, and of course, there was no delivery notice. And let me tell you, it was a nightmare trying to get in touch with them. I have no problems with other carriers, but this has happened before with UPS.
