The goods arrived in a completely soaked cardboard box, held together only by tape. Great disappointment followed upon discovering the contents: the wrong item was delivered to Greece instead of the ordered 12V anchor winch. The voucher sent for the return was not accepted by either the supplier or ELTA, the Greek postal service, as it was only valid for 7kg packages, while the winch weighs 27kg. This would have meant an additional charge of €160. Mistakes can happen in any company, and a replacement shipment was promptly dispatched.
