Lost one item due to poor packaging. Too larg box for the order volume.

The process itselfvwas perfect. The disappointment is the box. Poor quality. One of my 4 hinges was lost due to a hole in the box!
Now I have to wait for case to be solved between carrier and SVB . I am lucky two of spare hatches glasses arrived in one piece.

That has never happened to me at SVB before.

The ordered faucet didn't arrive in its original packaging. There were no instructions or installation guide included. The parts were loosely packed in a cardboard box. The small amount of paper provided to fill the box wasn't enough. Due to the faucet's weight (brass), it was constantly being tossed around. Consequently, the box was quite battered and had to be repackaged by DHL. However, there was no material damage.

I will still order from SVB again.
