SVB ok, UPS delivery service abysmal

Due to UPS's abysmal performance, the item arrived at a pickup point while I was on vacation. The scheduled delivery dates were repeatedly postponed, and the subsequent confirmation that it would be delivered around the time of my return has now also failed.
