poor service
Terrible customer service!
I've been a customer of SVB for many years and have always been very satisfied. However, since around September/October 2025, things have gone terribly wrong.
Incorrect delivery addresses are handled incorrectly, so the goods cannot be delivered. Corrections and information about the correct DHL post office are ignored. Only the third package was successfully delivered.
For days, no one from customer service responds. Only after submitting several support tickets do they react and ship the package. In the meantime, I occasionally receive emails saying "Your message in a bottle has reached us..." (If that's really the case, then nothing surprises me.)
Nothing has changed for years, but since the end of last year, deliveries haven't been working as expected.
I'm seriously considering whether I want to continue being a customer here.
