UPS delivery problem

The entire part of this order handled by SVB was perfect. However, the carrier, UPS, refused to deliver to the address provided and didn't even bother to inform me. They implied that I was the one refusing delivery... I was forced to cross the entire lagoon of Saint Martin in a small dinghy (which means getting soaked in a small dinghy) to retrieve my package from their depot.
