UPS is not good

I ordered from SVB, choosing UPS for delivery.
To this day, I still haven't received my order because they didn't respect the delivery deadlines or my requests for changes, as I had to move. I received an email saying the package had arrived (late) at the first address, even though I had indicated several days prior that I wouldn't be there anymore. Since then, I haven't heard anything, so I hope they will send my package to where I am now (Tahiti).
