The national carrier did not receive full address info and no telephone number of the recipient. Also, DHL AWB number did not return any result on the national carrier tracking. I had to call them to find out that my order was already arrived for three days and to provide them with the missing info.

Nonetheless, this can be fixed and I am sure I will purchase again from SVB.
