Andersen has changed the contents of the set - the product image is no longer accurate.
First, the positives: Fast delivery, and they even sent maintenance instructions by email!
Now the negatives: I have size 16 winches and I'm annoyed with Ronstan & Andersen.
Since the packaging contents were changed, it looks like this: There's only one snap ring in the box, but there are four extra pawls (which don't fit) and eight coil springs (which also don't fit anywhere).
So I have to throw away half the parts because they don't even exist in my winch.
The price of "only" €47.50 (!) suggests very expensive parts. Having to throw away half of them, meaning €23.75, really hurts.
If I only need the springs for the pawls, I can buy a spring service kit for "only" €25.95 (!)
But even then, half the springs don't fit, and out of €26, I'm throwing away €13 worth of coil springs. That's €2.60 per pawl spring (!!!). It's a bit better with Harken; for €16, you get four pawls and eight springs.
When these parts (resources!) are wasted to this extent, you can no longer believe the manufacturer justifies the price. The price is then only justified because customers are dependent on these parts and have no alternatives. And that's exactly where the problem lies.
This pricing policy infuriates me.
SVB sent me a return label and would take the item back. But I need the few parts that do fit.
