le formulaire précisant le lieu de livraison dans le cadre d'un point relay UPS est flou surtout lorsque l'on veut "modifier" cette adresse

UPS n'a pas su trouver l'adresse alors que j'ai déjà fait livrer une commande SVB à cette adresse. Le Bon de livraison sur le colis était très mal rédigé. Le site UPS est compliqué pour suivre un colis et leur Hot Line peu disponible. Après plusieurs appels j'ai pu faire relivrer le colis. Pas de suivi SVB du colis.
