Bonjour
je tiens à faire part des fortes difficultés rencontrées avec ups.
absent de mon domicile le jour de la livraison j'ai demande le lendemain matin a etre livre en point relais (mag presse rue mal delattre)
Bien que ma demande ait été enregistrée par téléphone par ups le colis n'a pas été livré au point relais indiqué mais dans une entreprise (brochard) voisine de ma maison.
Cela ne correspondait pas à mon nom ni au point relais indiqué
Alors meme que sur le site ups le colis apparaissait livré au point relais!
Je trouve cela tout à fait inacceptable .
aucun coup de fil, un colis livré à des voisin une remise sans vérifier le nom de celui qui recoit
en plus le récipssé de livraison qui figure sur le net fait apparaitre Brochard avec une faute (bochard) heureusement que j'ai eu l'idée au bout de deux jours d'aller leur demander si par hasard il n'auraient pas par erreur reçu un colis.
Donc UPS n'est pas une entreprise sérieuse et le livreur est en dessous de tout dans son travail.
Dans ces conditions soit je peux lors de ma prochaine commande choisir un dépot en point relais directement au moment de ma commande, comme cela existe sur de nombreux sites
soit je ne prendrai plus le risque de commander chez vous
sachez que je le regrette car je suis tout à fait satisfait du produit livré et du prix payé.
