Products OK, incorrect delivery information causes higher costs
Products were as expected.
Delivery information caused additional costs.
- I had requested delivery from the Kiel branch starting January 18, 2026 (order placed in December 2025).
- On January 20, 2026, I inquired by phone and was informed that the delivery had been stored in Kiel since January 2, 2026.
- When I went to pick it up on January 24, 2026 (I drove to Kiel as planned), the delivery was not there but still in transit with DHL (?).
- On January 27, 2026, I received a message that the delivery had arrived in Kiel.
- Another unplanned trip to Kiel for pickup was therefore necessary!
