Pretty much as always, everything is perfect.
And the best part is that if I ever have any problems with the product, which hasn't happened yet, I can use the service in person at SVB's location in addition to the telephone contact.
This is a huge advantage over the entire online market with no customer contact, which is otherwise so prevalent.
I am very satisfied with SVB's service and the customer advisors, and even if it's €10 more expensive than on Amazon, the personal, on-site service is worth it to me.
I hope that SVB can maintain this last bastion of courteous customer contact for a very long time.
