It takes time...
The order itself was fine, but the delivery time for the solar cell item was extended twice. The shipment was split into two packages. Then the shipment sat at UPS for three days without any action being taken. One package was delivered today, the 17th. The second package, although probably much smaller than the one that was delivered, is still sitting at the UPS headquarters in Düsseldorf (as of January 17, 2025).

First time damage product and missed parts,second time missing part..
The fist time tha  I ordered 4 pcs SKYSOL PLEATEDSHADE Plissé creme, Model number 3130-4creme I received them but when I opened the packaging I saw that 3 pcs were brand new in nice packaging and everything was included but one of them was damaged in the packaging, missing screws and the product was dirty, in addition the packaging has a red price tag that someone tried to remove to perhaps hide that it was damaged. I gott very good assistance from customer services then they did send me a new one but this time The plissee was well packed in a long brown box then on the inside of the box is The plissee with it own box; but this time the plissee packaging was open like the last time but it looked good no damage and such but what I reacted to was that one of the screws is missing the silicon proteccion (Which is not relevant because you don't use it) but in the little pink bag there should be 3 snap buttons but there were only 2.

UPS is at fault
Order preparation and packaging were good. The transfer to UPS was also quick, but the delivery delay was far too long. The driver reported the customer as absent even though I was home, and the package remained stuck nearby for a week without being delivered. Two weeks is excessive. I want to emphasize that SVB was not at fault and responded appropriately.
