Hi. I didnt receive my parcel because I mistakenly chose DHL which was in fact not the courier company but the postal company. In country there is no working postal service so I did not realise that this was normal mail. It may be worth noting this on your website. However all interactions with SVB have been exceptional and staff have been extremely helpful. Ive now leant to choose UPS although I had issues with that parcel as well. UPS are the worst international courier company outside of a handful of countries.
