SVB is great. UPS are terrible.

I was very impressed with the team at SVB who helped contact UPS Germany to get my parcel cleared through customs and in an area I could collect. UPS are the worst couriers in the world. As a sailor, we travel to lots of different countries and often need spare parts delivered to remote areas. DHL deliver every time. FedEx a close second. Whenever I have used UPS, the delivery has either been late or not arrived. You cannot speak to a human and you cannot get correct updates. They never send the customs invoice ahead of time for pre-clearance and their tracking isnt updated in real time. I chased this parcel daily and eventually tracked it down to the local handling company where I picked it up. Terrible service from UPS. Excellent service from SVB. I just wish youd use DHL as your preferred courier. I would certainly buy from you every time if you did.
