The SVB ordering process, including shipping and tracking information, is efficient.

However, your list of UPS Access Points near the Port of Hyères in France is outdated.
The final UPS Access Point unilaterally decided that I had to pick up the package at the UPS Access Point in La Crau (Toulon).
For me, as a customer awaiting delivery of a package, it's unacceptable that the roles are reversed and that I have to travel 10 km to collect my package.
So, in summary, SVB is very good, but the UPS Access Point in La Crau (Toulon, France) is very poor, even unacceptable.
It would be helpful if SVB offered different delivery options.
