Pleasantly surprised by the speed of delivery. We ordered to the Azores in Portugal. It took about 2.12 weeks. At least 8 weeks had been quoted. So we are more than satisfied. The delivery is complete, nothing to complain about.

Paying for warranty is unfair

Eventually the gypsy and drum arrived, but what a challenge. The replacement gypsy was because you sent me the incorrect specification gypsy. The drum on the winch was damaged and needed replacing. Then to rub salt into the wound you expected me to pay the import duty. This is totally unfair as all you were doing was honoring the warranty. SVB should refund me the import costs.

Good SVB service & UPS unacceptably bad

SVB good. Happy. UPS should be shut down. Two sequential notifications that one day delay (can happen) was actually four days late. At 1000 notification that delivery 140the same day. Always someone home. As several times before UPS claimed they could not deliver. Nobody rang and no notification in mailbox. No second delivery attempted, straight away to a deposit some 2km away with short opening hours. The apartment is located at the end of a driveway and UPS drivers are either too lazy or under too much time pressure from the UPS management to drive up and U-turn. Unacceptable. SVB should consider dropping UPS and use reliable transporter.
