Not proper packing. The Deck washing liquid cap was a bit loose and some liquid spilled all over inside the box ... The bottom of the carton box had a hole in it due to the spilling liquid ... Th products inside the box are all OK, but were all a bit dirty - with blue liquid.
Maybe the parcel was not properly handled by the courier and for this reason the cap got loosen ... But, probably the packing should have been done better (not with normal paper, but with bubble plastic foil).
This is not our first order with svb ... we were always very pleased with our purchases and we will definitely order from them again.Just hope packing will be better next time.
