I often have the issue with sailing gloves that the three long fingers are a little too short for me, even if the hand width is a perfect fit. (Size L fits me in terms of hand width, and XL in terms of finger length.) This tends to be the case with Musto gloves as well, but less pronounced than with Gill or Harken.

I bought the Musto gloves in XL. The finger length is perfect, and there's still enough room for my thumb to stick out (unlike Gill gloves in XL). They're incredibly comfortable.

Interestingly, I don't even notice the palm being cut slightly too wide for my liking in practice – the gloves still provide a good grip and hold on the rope.

It's also easy to wear a regatta watch at the same time.
