Only one handle arrived and my email remains unanswered six weeks later.

Info was not very helpful when inquiring, I was told to order from the website, so I did. The box arrived promptly, but with only one handle, the screws, and the nuts, but the other handle is missing. Two handles are required and each of the two is different. a shown in the picture of the set comprised of two different handles the screws, and the nuts.

After a difficult and lengthy exchange of emails in August with Christian at "info", explaining exactly what I needed and asking him to advise me so no mistakes would be made, I was told to order on the website. I ordered product 19750 from a picture showing the two handles required -- an inside and an outside -- and two screws, along with the latch 19782. The box arrived promptly, however I only received one of the handles. I wrote to "info" ask for the other handle and received no reply. I am about to write again, but have found the person at the email address is not at all helpful. Has anyone else had this experience? What can I do? I have a boat with only one door handle and need the other. I would not deal with this company again, but can find no other source.

Dear Sir , we tried to help you in several mails and with several explanations, as well as scetches and hints, how to find out the correct spareparts you need. In our last mail we asked you for further fotos to find out the correct part. We did not receive an answer to this last mail. Please again have a look to our last answer by mail.
