The tank sender works very well
As a tank sensor, the old tank sensor was broken.

diesel sensor bavaria 33 - 2006
I replaced the sensor on a 2006 Bavaria 33 cruiser, everything is fine, the difference in the electrical connections compared to the current ones and easy to solve by a normal electrician.

and an adapter for the plug?
The gauge works very well and fits exactly on the tank.
However, its wiring has changed compared to the previous model... An explanatory notice is available, but only in German! It didn't bother me but a translation would be welcome because not everyone is necessarily able to read German.
Beyond the notice, the ideal would have been to offer an adapter to be able to connect directly to the boat's harness without having to tinker "this wire there goes to this one and this wire here goes to that one..." all just above the diesel tank.

I own a bavaria cruiser 38, model 2008. The fuel tank sensor 270 mm. (Item 21388) does not look the same like the original in the site. Does someone have experience in a similar vessel about compatibility of this item?

Dear David U. , these are the only transducers left available besides the yard . Please check the needs on board by length of transducer . Unfortunately we are not able to give further support for rewiring . Please take contact to your local authorized dealer or every boatyard or yachtservice .

My fuel sensor appears to need replacing. I purchased the Bavaria Fuel Tank Sensor (https://www.svb24.com/en/bavaria-fuel-tank-sensor-270-mm.html) part number 448755 but it comes with only 3 leads and my connection to the gauge on the console has 6 leads. I didn't see a 6 lead version on the SVB site. Does anyone have any ideas on where I can find a 6 lead model or how I can convert the existing gauge to 3?

Hi I have a Bavaria 33 Cruiser and both my pedestal and lcd display panel fuel gauges are giving inaccurate readings so I presume the Road fuel sender is fault. There is a KN number on the top of the sender which is 313124 - is this the replacement sender for my boat???

Hi Mark, i have purchased this fuel sender for my Bavaria 37 and did not match the existing gage on the boat . I have called the manufacture in Sweden and they were not helpful at all, they send my back to SVB. It is a volts/ohms, matching problem i am trying to fix. The manufacture did not tell me the volts/ohms range the sender works, in order to match it with the gage. i wish i would of changed it with a different system and provider !!! Good luck.

Many thanks Tiberiu, the problem I have is this. The fuel tank is full for definite and the fuel gauge at the engine controls/pedestal indicates a full tank reading and the LCD read out on the control panel at the chart table indicates the fuel tank is only 35% full so not sure if it’s a sender or gauge problem or both?? Do you have any experience of this with your Bavaria 37?? Thanks again.

My only fuel gage at the controls/pedestal shows a constant full tank even when is 1/2 empty .
