The MOB+ Wireless Man OverBoard System

This innovative solution replaces conventional emergency stop switches with a wireless system that reacts immediately in the event of an emergency. If someone goes overboard, the boat's engine is automatically stopped so that the captain and crew are made aware of the emergency and rescue measures can be initiated. The system is based on modern wireless technology and allows the captain and crew to move freely on board without being physically tied to the traditional emergency stop switch.

Maximum safety for water sports enthusiasts

The MOB+ system has been specially developed for use at sea. The system can be used on boats of any size and is ideal for water sports enthusiasts travelling on small or medium-sized boats. The MOB+ system is easy to install and can be easily integrated into almost any boat. It consists of a base station and a wireless transmitter, the so-called xFOB. This small, lightweight transmitter can be worn on the body or on clothing and continuously transmits signals to the base station. If contact is lost, for example if the wearer falls into the water, the motor is stopped immediately. For larger boats, FELL MARINE also offers the extended 1st Mate Marine Safety System, which is also based on wireless technology but includes additional functions such as theft protection and remote monitoring.
