FELL MARINE WiMEA MOB+ xFOB / MOB Unit / Wireless Kill Switch

Provide up to four crew members with a WiMEA MOB+ xFOB MOB waterproof wireless kill switch. The xFOB unit can be worn on your wrist with an optional xBAND wristband in your choice of colour, around your neck with a handy xTAG set or on your lifejacket.

Standard and easy-to-change CR2032 button cell with battery life of 300 hours. General system information The WiMEA MOB+ xFOB kill switch forms a unit together with the WiMEA boat unit xHUB installed in the boat. This is best mounted as close as possible to the driver's position. As you step aboard your boat, turn on the xFOB kill switch by pressing a button to connect to the xHUB boat unit. A green light and an audio signal will confirm the connection and the engine can be started. Should a man-overboard situation occur, caused by the xFOB unit being under water or 10 -15 meters from the boat, the engine will shut down. 6 seconds after shut down passengers can restart the engine to save the person in the water. When leaving the boat press the xFOB unit once to disconnect.

Corded kill switches are not very popular, as they tie you to a very limited space onboard. WiMEA gives you back your freedom - and ensures your safety. The wireless xFOB kill switch, in combination with the xHUB boat unit, is your personal safety guard at sea. The silicone wristband, neck strap and lifejacket holder mean that you can take the xFOB MOB unit with you wherever you go, without inhibiting movement or motion.
