Hello. Is dst810 compatible with raymarine i40 bidata? If so, can I purchase i40 without transducers? (I see that you only have i40 bidata as a set with depth and speed transducers). Thank You, and Have a good day!
Dear customer please email [email protected] in this case.
Is item no 61120 compatible with the simrad cruise 5
Hello Jay, This one also not. It is the replacement of DST800
Does is come with a nmea 2000 cable?
Hi Lasse, there is a 6 meter NMEA2000 Micro-C (male) directly mounted at the transducer. So you can connect the DST810 to an existing NMEA2000 network using a T-Piece (Art.: 61034) or in case you don´t have an NMEA2000 network, we recommend using our NMEA2000 certified Starter-Kit (Art.: 85422).
You have mailed me in order to have ME answer a question raised by YOUR customer. I find this quite daring given that my own question some weeks ago was turned down because the mater in question was of too low value. You should begin to do you own work and give the costumers the service they deserve.
Dear Jorgen, thanks for your feedback. The idea of this platform is "Customers ask Customers", which gives our clients a valuable place whereby they can share first-hand information and tips to others regarding articles which they have already purchased and have experience with. Of course, we (the specialists) also receive notifications and share our knowledge as well (as Felix has done above). In regards to your recent question by email, my colleague had to refer you to the manufacturer as we were not able to provide support for that particular part. Thank you, Your SVB Team
