easyAIS IS / 2-Channel Receiver

The easyAIS 2 channel receiver receives the AIS signals on the frequencies (161 975 MHz and 162.025 MHz) transmitted by commercial vessels (Class A) and leisure boats. The processed data is sent to connected navigation instrumented via NMEA. All current data messages including weather forecast and station messages are received. The easyAIS black box is equipped with a high-quality, ultra-sensitive 2 channel receiver and the latest software technology. Even under difficult reception conditions, an extremely secure and stable reception of all AIS signals within range is ensured. This AIS-receiver receives AIS signals easily within a 30 miles range. CE approved.

To connect the easyAIS 2G you need an AIS compatible plotter or PC software and a VHF antenna (or the connection of the easyAIS via the easySPLIT, to use an existing VHF antenna). The interface to a chart plotter or a PC is made via an NMEA with up to 15 m cable.

The AIS data either can be displayed on an AIS compatible chart plotter / PC software or on a iPad with for example APP Navix.
