Decent marine radio antenna

The antenna makes a good impression and will do its job. Be careful with this Glomex plug connection, it is not compatible with the widely used connections and requires an adapter or modification of the existing cable.

Antenna Ok unfortunately without fastening nut!

The antenna works well and serves as a replacement for the short Glomex RA 111 antenna which has only insufficient reception and transmission power. For comparison: The RA 106 receives AIS signals within a range of approx. 30-40Sm The RA 111 receives AIS signals within a range of 5-8 Sm The antenna is delivered without any mounting material! Even without a nurse, these must be seperat besetllt! Therefore only 4 stars with satisfaction. For about 10 euros for a mother and two discs is already a proud price.
