The socket wasn't concentric with the rubber part. The part was unusable in its current state. I contacted SVB with a photo as evidence. They refunded me without any problem.

Impeller for diesel pump
The injection molding quality was unsatisfactory for a diesel pump. The injection-molded part had "lint" all over the edges. This will detach over time and end up in the diesel filter. Therefore, I returned the impeller.
