I returned the watermaker, not because I was dissatisfied, but because the boat on which I was supposed to install it left before it arrived. I returned the item intact, and I was deducted 10 percent of the amount paid, about 300 euros, because the return terms had expired, but I had only received the package then. However, I consider SVB's behavior to be correct, as they promptly returned the amount and did not charge me the return costs. I therefore consider SVB a serious and reliable seller and I will continue to purchase from them in the future.

We ordered the watermaker to Martinique. Unfortunately, it was delivered incomplete. A seal was missing (we ran the risk of the membrane breaking because we had tested the watermaker but then couldn't get it running. We went to 7 shops in Martinique until we found a suitable seal. Our departure from Martinique was therefore delayed by two days.
SVB paid for the seal. However, I would have thought it appropriate if we had received a slightly larger one here (e.g. EUR 50.00). That would be the minimum for this rather large error. Errors happen. But the question is how to solve them.
We are very happy with the watermaker itself.
